Notifications on incoming calls in CRM

When a new phone call is received, CRM can show information about the calling person: name, photo, link to client’s last deal. This information is shown as pop-up notifications in CRM backend.

For the notifications to work, CRM backend must be accessible at an https:// URL. To ensure that, install an SSL certificate for your Webasyst domain name.

In Webasyst cloud, for domains like ***.webasyst.cloud and ***.host.webasyst.com, an SSL certificate is installed by default. No additional certificate purchase is required for them.

Notifications on incoming calls are shown only to CRM users selected in section “Settings → PBX”. If you have several phone numbers connected to your CRM, then you can select different persons who will see notifications on calls received on each particular number.

To enable notifications on incoming calls, connect your CRM to a web push notifications provider.
