Your clients can send you their requests using different methods:
- By email. To send you a message, a client must copy your address from your website and use in in their email client. For processing such messages in Helpesk, you must set up connection to the corresponding mailbox as an email-type source.
- Via a feedback form. A website visitor can simply specify their email address (so that you can send back a reply) in a simple web form, write any text, and click on a "Send now" button.
- Via Customer Portal. In this case a message-sending form is available only to registered customers who have an account on your website. Customer Portal also displays the complete communication with your support team within each ticket.
No matter which of the methods a customer prefers to send you a message, you will always see it in your Helpdesk.
