Add answers to frequently asked questions

Customers may ask the same questions over and over again. You can't stop it, but you can save time by creating templates to provide fast answers.

Templates to frequently asked questions (FAQ's) are available in FAQ section of Helpdesk app. The templates you create can be used in two ways:

  1. As quick snippets available for adding to replies to customers' emails via a button in the text editor.

  2. On your website as FAQ's.
