If your clients want to send you private questions, which other users should not see, and then view your replies in a secure area, enable personal accounts on your website for them to do so. After you enable it, a "Log in" link will appear at the top of your website.
To make the login option available to your clients, navigate to Personal section in your Site app.
The personal account offers various useful sections for your customers to work with.
