In
Helpdesk app you can view all customer emails in one common list named "All requests". After you have replied to some of them, you do not need to view all those emails any more.
To obtain a clean list of only support emails requiring your attention, set up custom filters to quickly find just the emails you need. You can do so by selecting the Helpdesk → Add filter option in your Webasyst account.
View customer requests filtered by source (email or web form), assignment (yours or your colleague's), state ('New' or 'Closed'), or tags. You can add multiple filters to have them all at hand whenever you need them.
