Conversion of Authorize.net plugin from MD5 to SH512

Had anyone adapted the current code to handle the new requirements by Authorize.net and converted the code from MD5 to SH512. Apparently the developer is not willing to do so. I would rather not have to do so if someone has already done. As of the end of June the current plugin cause errors.

Thanks

Koral
