How to find a user manual
A user guide can be found on the product page in the Webasyst Store as follows:
- Open the Installer app.
- Find the desired product using the search field.
- Click on the found product name.

On the product-viewing page you will its detailed description shown under various tabs. You may find a user manual under one of the tabs.

If there is not sufficient information on the product page then you can contact the product developer for technical support.
Who renders user support and how to get it
Support on the use of software products is provided by the product developer or by the Webasyst company, which is individual depending on a particular product. The name of the developer and their support contact information are available on each product page in the Installer.
Plugins, widgets & design themes — how to find the developer name and support contact information
- Open the product page om the Installer.
- The developer name is shown in the right-hand menu on the Developer line.
- Below on the Support line you will find the support contact information.

The name of the “Link canonical” plugin’s developer is Bodysite. To get support on this product’s setup , click the link on the Support line.
Apps — how to find the developer name and support contact information
- Open the app’s page in the Installer.
- Scroll the page down to the app summary table. Find the Developer and Support captions.

The name of the Teamwork app’s developer is 1312 Inc. To get support on this product’s setup, send an inquiry to the specified email address.
How else you can get support from Webasyst
- Read the Knowledge Base containing answers to various questions and user guides that will help you get the desired results without someone else’s help.
- Send a support request to Webasyst support team as described below.
- Open the Cloud app.
- Select My requests on the left.
- Click on New request, write and submit your request.
