    The Invoice plugin should not have been updated because of the system requirement in its configuration:

    'app.shop' => array(
        'version' => '>=7.1.0',
        'strict'  => true,

    It means that its latest version wasn’t supposed to be installed at all, with Shop-Script 6.3.0 (< 7.1.0) in the same account. You might, however, have updated it manually, beyond Installer, but that is not always a good choice.

    If you don’t know what to do, try to look for the plugin’s older version in backup copies saved in your web-hosting account or at wa-data/protected/wa-installer/backup/wa-apps/shop/plugins/, which is the backup storage location used by Installer app to save previous copies of Webasyst software components before replacing them with newer versions. Or update your store to Shop-Script 7.1+.

    I assume you are still using Shop-Script 6, not 7 as you are writing. Please check the version number in Shop-Script settings or in the Installer. The piece of code the error message refers to was added in Shop-Script 7 and should not be able to work with Shop-Script 6.

    Please send a request to our support team via the Customer Center. Use the password recovery function if you do not know your Customer Center password.

    Once inside the Customer Center, you will be able to contact our support team. They will help you recover your password for you to log into your site’s administrator backend.

    There might be a JavaScript error in some of the code used in your storefront, which might interfere with the functioning of the currency selector. Check that in the browser console.

    It is a very old version of WebAsyst Shop-Script, which is no longer supported. Try to find a PHP specialist on the Internet to have your issue resolved. Or try to read our old forum, in Russian only.

    Webasyst 283 is a very old version, which is no longer supported or will ever be updated. The new generation of Webasyst is based on the Webasyst framework. Most old apps have been ported to the new framework, some with slightly different functionality, which, however, can be extended by means of numerous plugins. There is an upgrade pocedure for the users of Shop-Script based on Webasyst 283 or lower versions. We would recommend that you move from Webasyst version 283 to the framework to stay with software which is being improved and developed.

    As to your direct question, you should personally test the old apps' functionality with newer PHP versions, because we did not do it.

    There is no such built-in integration with online analytics services in Shop-Script backend. However, you can connect your Webasyst/Shop-Script website with a Google Analytics account by saving your ID in Site app settings. This will allow you to view data related to your website in your Google service account.

    If you may try to use plugins developed by our partners for similar "Yandex.Metrika" service to get extended functionality for online analytics in your online store.

    What do you mean by "access to Google Mail"? Webasyst cannot manage users' access to external services including those provided by Google.

    More details about your situation would be helpful to understand what exactly you want to achieve.

    There is only an option to enable access for a user to view reports and to view products in "Products" section. There is currently no way to enable access to reports only.  Why would you need this kind of access in your online store?

    This plugin will not be developed any more, unfortunately. Almost all its functionality has been copied to the new CRM app. We have passed your request to the developers to have this functionality be added to CRM.

    I suppose, however, that you might be trying to change the project selection while editing a task. This is a known issue and we are working on fixing it. Meanwhile please use this "Forward" link to move tasks across projects without errors.

    Basically, all you need to know about writing or modifying payment plugins for Webasyst is described in the documentation. In that article, there is a link to the source code of PayPal plugin, which contains comments for plugin developers. You may also simply install that plugin via Installer and view its source code directly on your server.

    I can hardly tell you much more on the subject within a support hub topic here, as it would require too much digging in the code, which we cannot afford, I'm afraid.

    The cron commands might have changed with the server change. Copy them again from Helpdesk backend and set up them again in your control panel.

    If updated commands do not work, ask your web-hosting support team what is wrong about them. You may have to correct the path to the PHP executable file in your cron commands.
