Another language for the site

Hello, is it possible to change the website's language for customers, for example to Ukrainian? I understand localization only changes the appearance of the backend.
There used to be a plugin called My lang, but the developer disappeared a few years ago and you can't get a license through the installer. Maybe someone can help? Is there a ready-made solution?
